Biography[]
Michael Lane was a US Marine who served in Iraq. Lane was devoted to the Roman Catholic Church and he trusted God to lead him through the war. After two tours, Lane returned to his young son Henry and wife Chante back home in Gotham City where Lane became a rather clean cop in the GCPD. When Henry was hit by a car and killed, it drove Chante to suicide, leaving Micheal without his beloved family. Lane stopped going to Gotham City Cathedral. When he discovered that a Red Hood killed his son, Lane infiltrated the Red Hood Gang to assassinate Hoods to avenge Henry. Lane became kind of a wreck and Father Jean-Paul reached out to him. Lane pushed him away, and when Jean-Paul was murdered, Lane regretted his actions. Deticating his life to God once more, Lane continued to fight mobs in God's name.
