Plot[]
In Gotham oswald cobblepots famliy hits him off a bridge a 1 month becasue he is gorss. Then the penguins adopt him and rasie him. Years later Cobblepot is a crime boss who works with caromne faclone. Caromne falcone is beat up by batman which levas penguin on his own. Meanwhile Bruce Wayne is on a date with vicki vale who says she votes harvey dent for mayor. Soon after Cobblepot begins runing for mayor. Bruce Wayne begins investaging with Gordon. Cobblepot finds havrey in his house in uses one of his many umblleas to spill acid in his face. Batman comes in right after. Cobblepot calls in his robot penguins to trap batman. The next day he becomes mayor. But Batman comes and trys to put him in jall. Cobblepot trys to escape but the police arive. After cobblepot is token in to jail batman jokes '' He is a penguin in his cage at the zoo''.
