Astroplatin Ionic Force is an English language Spanish/Japanese/Chinese animated TV show. It was created by Tom Killer and Owen Tortala and produced by Tortala’s Harhethia Pictures company. This animated series first began airing on various children's television channels on 15th January 2014.
The show released 100 episodes across 5 seasons, all episodes but the finale being 22 minutes. The series was a hit by critics but has been forgotten over time despite having a cult like fanbase.
Description[]
Even though the series launched on came out in 2014, it takes place in the future of 2035. Due to a massive glitch deep in the programming of the internet caused many violent beings that emerged and fused with various animals and objects in real life and would eventually grow to wreck havoc on earth. It was recorded that the earth would be destroyed by 2051 if no one intervenes.

Brandohn Swimmer - A tough, albeit immature young man who drives from place to place without a direction in his life, until hired by the APIF. He has water powers.
Marshal Loombeck - Originally a spy who was fired from his last job when it turned out he was playing pranks instead of working, but now works for APIF. He has wood powers.
Marissa Gesmer - A fun loving and optimistic young woman who is very caring towards everyone she meets and can’t help cracking a joke whenever something weird happens. She has fire powers.
Erika Semgcial IV - A descendant of royalty, she is both a friendly and kind woman and a ditzy airhead. She has glass powers.
Craig Bandings - He might seem rough on the outside but deep down cares for the rest of the team, even if he’s somewhat boastful over himself. He has frost powers. Sickle Cubens - A very weird man who even the APIF isn’t sure why they hired. Everything he says is something completely out of context that no one understands but still plays along. He has shadow powers.
Leonardo Weng - Before he was hired, he was a skilled master of various karate moves. He trained endlessly near temples and treats his friends with most respect. He has wind powers.
Ryder Nalek - A skilled hacker even before he joined the APIL, his main way of working is acting in unexpected ways in very long periods of time. He has acid powers.
Amber Bradford - A blond woman who is also an aspiring mode with a voracious appetite. She eats the most out of everyone and talks quite a lot as well. She has thunder powers.
Emanuel Pauley - A mechanic who insists on fixing any kind of problem involving machinery used within the the APIL. He has telekinetic powers.
Supporting[]
APIL Command Center - Referred to by the 10 members as CC, he alerts everyone on their missions. CC does not have a physical form, he is simply a voice that comes out of the various machines in the headquarters.
E - E is a human trainer who is referred to exclusively by his code name. He does everything for the APIL, including training up the members and creating all programs.
The Capita Police Force - A bunch or trained professionals who set to destroy the evil organizations themselves.
Episodes[]
5 seasons of the show aired in total, one season in each year. Season 1 had 25 episodes, the second had 15 episodes, and the other three seasons had 20 episodes, giving the show a hundred episodes total.
Pilot episode[]
At night on Wednesday, 15th January 2014, the first episode aired on many children’s TV channels.
The first episode introduces us to Marissa Gesmer, a young lady who is preparing to go to an extended family meeting with her very strict mother. During that meeting, she comes across a gang of weird looking guys tormenting a strange short man. The gang leader was repeatedly calling the short dude a pussy. Marissa tells them off, but before the gang lay a finger on her, they are swiftly beaten by a woman with powers. The strange man also known as E, reveals to her that this was all a ploy to get her to be recruited on this APIL team where she would be given superpowers, and she would have a chance to escape life from her abusive mother. As long as she abides the rules, she can keep this new life contributing to saving the world.
The rest of the episode goes about her learning about what’s set in stone for the future, her being trained to be a skilled fighter, and getting her new super powered outfit that looks like a battle dress.
Controversy[]
The second episode of the second season titled ‘Bitefest’, which aired on 18th June 2015 is considered by many fans and writers on the show to be the worst episode. One of the show's head writers Breanne Mulvent, especially loathed that episode and apologized many times for writing it, and she claimed that if she could murder anyone who liked that episode and get away with it, she would. She has also stated that she massively dislikes both the second season altogether and writing for it.
